Get to know MinChan Kim – MCK
Inspired by his father, MinChan was only 3 years-old when he started flying with RC helicopters. In 2016, he tried FPV racing and immediately fell in love with it ! Already incredibly ambitious, MinChan set his mind to become the World champion.Â
Pushing the limits!
To pursue his dream, MCK balances between school and the field. When he hits the field, he trains for 8 hours using over 100 LiPo packs. For online races, he can train up-to 10 hours. Failure is not an option for him, to improve his skills his motto is “Crash, fix, repeat”.
After being a national champion in his homeland in 2016, MCK conquered the international FPV scene in less than two years!
His relentless determination and long-lasting hours of training brought him to the top of the world, winning over 60 races before turning 18 years-old ! As MinChan always says “without training, talent is not enough to stay at the top of the game”.
